How do I proceed to return a merchandise?

We guarantee that the goods you ordered are free from defects upon delivery. If you receive a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, we encourage you to contact Customer Services via email as soon as possible and await further instructions on how to proceed. Replaced products are delivered free of charge and without any cost to you

Due to the nature of the products, tailormade shirts cannot be cancelled. However, we always aim to have 100% satisfied customers, so please contact our customer services and we will do everything we can to help you.

Can I change details or measurements of an order? After production has started, it is not possible to make any further modifications to your shirt. Login to your account to see if production has started. If production has not started, please contact Customer Services immediately and we will cancel/modify your order.

All orders are placed by the customer directly with Nordic Shirts Ltd. As Nordic Shirts Ltd. is a company registered in Hong Kong, the customer will be regarded as an importer if residing outside Hong Kong. The delivery charge is therefore paid for by the customer when the order is placed.

Payment
Payments can be made with either Paypal or credit card. All payments are handled by Payer AB and are completely secure

Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for our tailormade products is usually 15-20 working days. The estimated delivery time for our stock shirts is 7-10 working days.

Fraudulent orders
We co-operate with the police in the event of scam orders or other forms of fraud.

All disputes under these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law. The company is domiciled in Hong Kong which is also the country where all trade takes place.
